14-Day Return Policy
In case you change your mind, items are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Before initiating a return, please read all conditions below carefully. All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team before any item is shipped back to us. To request authorization, contact us at support@hyperring.co. Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when they arrived
- Return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery
Important Notes:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- The ring must be unused, unscratched, and in its original condition upon arrival. If the ring arrives in a damaged or used condition, we will photograph the item and notify you that your return does not meet our quality standards. In such cases, a refund will not be issued.
- Complete original packaging is required, including both boxes and the pouch. Returns missing any packaging component will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We only accept returns with a valid tracking number. We cannot accept liability for lost shipments sent without tracking.
- Do not ship your ring before receiving written confirmation from us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that all returns are subject to a condition assessment upon receipt. We retain the right to determine whether a refund will be issued based on the condition of the ring once it has been returned to us. Submitting a return request does not guarantee a refund.
How to Return Your HyperRing:
- Ensure the ring is unused and in its original condition
- Remove any linked payment details using the HyperRing Pay app before returning
- Package the ring securely and include a copy of your order confirmation

If the returned goods do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to deny any refunds without further communication.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or variant, please return your original ring following the process outlined above and place a new order separately.

Warranty Policy
If you believe your ring has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@hyperring.co with a detailed description and photographs of the issue.
Once we receive the returned ring in its original packaging, we will conduct a thorough assessment of the damage. Based on the outcome of that assessment, we will determine whether to proceed with a replacement, a refund, or neither.
Please note that warranty claims will not be accepted if the ring has been subjected to any of the following:
- Heavy weightlifting or gym training involving cables, barbells, or resistance equipment
- Excessive physical impact, including but not limited to hard contact sports or repetitive striking motions
- Failure to remove the ring during activities that may cause physical stress or damage to the device
- Any other form of misuse that is inconsistent with the intended everyday wear of the product
Please also note that dirt accumulation in the seams of white ring variants is a natural characteristic of the product’s design and is not considered a manufacturing defect. This does not qualify as grounds for a warranty claim or return.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I Edit My Order?
We're not able to accommodate order or address changes at this time, and suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@hyperring.co ASAP with your:
- Order number
- Cancellation request
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Please contact us at support@hyperring.co as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note: We process and ship orders quickly, and cannot guarantee any order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
If your order has already shipped, you may return it within 30 days following our return policy above.
Order Issues & Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with the item you received (so sorry about that!), please send an email to support@hyperring.co including:
- Clear images of the issue
- Your order number
- Description of the problem
Please report issues within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
For incorrect items:
- Please return the item within 14 days of receiving your return label
- Return shipping fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items
- We will process a refund or replacement once we receive the item
